My field of research is the topology of complex algebraic varieties and the study of moduli spaces of representations of their fundamental groups (Complex Algebraic Geometry, Algebraic Topology).

Personale

L'estate vado a fare surf sulle onde. Per questo ho viaggiato al Portogallo (Peniche, estate 2013, estate 2014, primavera 2018), al Marocco (Imessouane, estate 2015), in Indonesia (Bali, estate 2016), e sono abituato alla costa francese sudovest (Vieux-Boucau è il mio home spot). Ho anche viaggiato al Cile (Valparaíso, estate 2019) e negli Stati Uniti (Miami, primavera 2022).

Sto imparando e praticando regolarmente balli latini di coppia, Salsa e soprattutto Bachata. Ho participato a festivali di ballo in Düsseldorf (marzo 2019, febbraio 2020), Lyon (aprile 2019), Colonia (ottobre 2019), Amsterdam (novembre 2019, novembre 2022, luglio 2023, novembre 2023), Praga (febbraio 2020), Lussemburgo (dizembre 2022), Budapest (febbraio 2024).
